Our story begins with GMC Global, a company that was born with the conviction of delivering asset management consulting services with high professional standards, driven by a close-knit, technical team committed to the development of Chile.
In its early years, GMC Global distinguished itself by its ability to combine local expertise with international practices, participating in key projects for the country's mining and infrastructure industry.
The SMEC Era
The next big step came with its integration into SMEC, an Australian firm with over 70 years of experience around the world. This union marked a process of technical and cultural expansion:

The evolution continued with a new chapter: the arrival of Oriental Consultants Global (OCG), one of Asia's most prestigious engineering groups and a global leader in planning, transportation, infrastructure and urban development.
With OCG we incorporate the Japanese discipline, precision, and excellence, added to the australian innovation and the chilean experience, resulting in a unique corporate identity.
