His leadership is characterized by a clear global vision, a deep understanding of the Latin American market, and a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and collaborative growth. Ronald has been instrumental in integrating SMEC Chile into the OCG ecosystem, driving a transformation aimed at strengthening the value proposition and expanding our regional capabilities.

Claudio Arroyo has a distinguished track record in the engineering and consulting industry in Chile, with over 20 years leading complex asset management projects. His approach combines a strategic vision with people-centered management, fostering the development of technical capabilities and strengthening long-term relationships with clients and key partners. Claudio played a vital role in the transition from SMEC Chile to OCG Chile, guiding teams through a cultural and operational integration process that consolidated a more agile, collaborative, and impact-oriented model.
