Young Professionals Program

At OCG Chile, we believe that the development of future engineering and infrastructure begins with people. That is why, since 2020, we have promoted the Young Professionals Program, an initiative born at SMEC Chile and now consolidated as part of OCG Chile’s DNA, aimed at training, supporting, and projecting new generations of professionals.
